Please allow between 3-5 working days for your item to be made before dispatching.

We use Royal Mail Signed For® services to dispatch your orders for security and peace of mind.

Delivery times will vary depending on destination. But here is a guide:

• For UK delivery, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days
• Europe 3-5 working days
• Rest of the world 5-7 working days

If more than 20 days has passed without receiving your delivery then please email us at sales@cardelope.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
